After the 2018 Farm Bill took effect, Gov. Mark Gordon signed the HB0171 and HB0100 into law. These laws cover regulations on hemp, cannabidiol, and other controlled substances. Licenses for farmers and laboratories will be distributed by the WY Department of Agriculture, to ensure that the THC content of crops and products does not exceed the limit.
